Peter Blake is the face behind Peter Blake Hypnotherapy.
He is a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Anxiety Coach and Master Practitioner of NLP and has have been helping people with anxiety, stress, depression, low self confidence, fears, phobias, sleep issues, weight management and smoking cessation for over 17 years.
Using a combination of techniques, including hypnotherapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), his aim is to help people become the best version of themselves and achieve their full potential.
He would like his methods and techniques to reach the maximum amount of people, and this is the driving force behind the courses and products launching in his new school.
